Re: Hi i'm Jay!
Welcome to redsnow online; Here's a quick FAQ for you incase you're having difficulties.
FAQ:
Q-Uhh.. Wtf? A box comes up saying that there's a server check going on?
A-The server is currently down. It isn't 24/7 yet but it will probably be there soon.
Q-Crap! I use the redsnow icon to try to start the game, but it says a file is missing!
A-Things to try:
-Make sure you've installed V.62 of maplestory and HAVE NOT updated it.
-Make sure you installed it to the DEFAULT area.
-Make sure you've downloaded the RedSnowOnline client
-Make sure you've put the client inside the maplestory folder. The same area where the regular launcher is.
If it's an in-game problem that you're having problems with, just SMega for a GM to help you, or go to the Free Market in channel 1 and use general chat to ask for a GM; Usually we hang out around that area. You can access the Free Market by pressing 'trade' when you are not in an instance/Party Quest.
Hope that helps!-GM SilentWind
